Cooler rental Contracts:

Pay a fixed monthly rental in advance and pay-as-you-use for water

R150 – Monthly Cooler Rental;

R55 – Water (Per 18.9 litre bottle of Pro Pure Water Prepared Water)

R250 – Startup Fee (Once-off per cooler; payable immediately via EFT, debit order or credit card)

Variable Business Contract:

The more water you use the less you pay – up to 100% discount on your cooler rental:

• Full rental payable R150 if less than 5 bottles are purchased on average per cooler per month.
• 50% discount on rental when between 5 and 9 bottles are purchased on average per cooler per month.  
• 100% discount on rental when 10 or more bottles are purchased on average per cooler per month.
• R55 (per 18.9+ litre bottle of Pro Pure Prepared Water 1 to 9 bottles).
• R50 (per 18.9 + litre bottle of Pro Pure Prepared Water 10 or more bottles).
• R250 Start Up Fee (Once-off per cooler; payable immediately via EFT debit order or credit card)

Renting more than one cooler?  Qualification for discounts is for the overall average usage across ALL coolers – you cannot partially qualify for some coolers but not for others. Calculation of discount based on:

TOTAL number of bottles bought in the Pro Pure Water Financial Month*  ÷  TOTAL number of rented coolers on the account.

BOTTLE DEPOSITS ARE PAYABLE – BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS GET CREDITS FOR EMPTIES RETURNED.

Recycling of empty bottles is key to the Supplier’s business and the environment. Returned empties are sanitised and put back into circulation, and eventually responsibly recycled.

• A Deposit of R65 is payable for every bottle in which Pro Pure Water is delivered;
• A Credit of R-65 is given for each empty bottle returned.

You can save considerable costs by always returning the Supplier’s empty bottles.

(Bottle deposits are only invoiced on bottles that is NOT returned or damaged to the point that it can no longer be used)
